
The IMC
The International Medical College® (IMC) at the Technical University of Dresden is a university-based continuing education institute that offers postgraduate master's programmes in dentistry using a blended learning concept.
The following Master's programmes leading to the academic degree ‘Master of Science (M.Sc.)’ are offered:
The establishment of these postgraduate university courses was recommended and promoted by the Science Council of the German Federal Government in order to strengthen research and teaching in dentistry (Science Council, 2005).
The IMC Master's programmes are courses offered by Dresden University of Technology. They have been successfully accredited by the Accreditation Council of the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with the Bologna Consensus Conference. The academic degree is awarded jointly by Dresden University of Technology and the IMC.
