Am I logged in?
After you have logged in, you must see:
Logged in: name surname
at right menuebar.
I can not log in.
Please make sure, that you have entered correct username and password:
- please note the case-sensitivity (may caps lock is activ?)
I can log in - but when I go to next page I am not longer logged in
The reload of the site does not work
either use the “reload-button” in the upper menuebar of the Internet-Browser (may be two green arrows)
or press the “F5-button” on your keyboard
or change language from english to german and back (right menuebar)
Browsercaching
Clearing the internet cache from the browser is often necessary to solve certain web page and browser problems that sometimes occur.
You can find guidelines in internet by providing following keywords, for example: empty cache firefox
Error message: Can not connect to MySQL server on ...
This should be a temporary problem.
